Estimates
Online quotes are estimates based on the details you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after we review your property information and photos.
Deposits
A deposit of 20% of the estimate (minimum $25) reserves your time slot and is applied to your final invoice. Appointments are not final until confirmed by ZanderProCleaning.
Rescheduling & cancellation
Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full deposit refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or lockouts on arrival, forfeit the deposit.
Satisfaction
If something was missed, contact us within 24 hours of service at 240-547-9621 and we will return to correct it.
